How do I book a reservation?
-To book your reservation, follow these steps:
1. Review all information on the page.
2. Visit the "Book Reservations" page.
3. Fill out the booking form with accurate information (necessary for confirmation texts and emails).
4. For Premium Service (door-to-door), provide your address.
5. For Basic Service, provide your location for pick-up.
6. Out-of-town passengers should provide their departure location, and we will coordinate a pick-up.
7. Important: Ensure to provide a complete address with house number, street, city, state, and zip code. Reservations without full address details will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
What time will you pick me up?
-Please note our pick-up times follow this process: Initial Pick Up Time: After booking, you will receive a confirmation text & email stating your pick-up time is at 5 am. However, this time may change.
Estimated Pick Up Time: The day before your trip, you will receive a text message with your Estimated Pick Up Time, the planned time for your pick-up at your location. Please reply "confirm" to acknowledge receipt. Actual Pick Up Time: On the morning of the trip, we may update your pick-up time due to factors like traffic or delays. You will receive a text with the updated time. Once we arrive at your pick-up location, we wait for 10 minutes. If you do not respond or arrive during this time, we will move on to the next passenger. Please be punctual, as late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I book multiple seats or a seat for a child?
-Seats fill up fast! Remember to book a seat for each person traveling with you. For multiple trip dates and locations, add them to the cart and check out. Child prices apply to children of all ages. Please contact us via text message at 347-736-1091.
How do I pay for my reservations?
-Payment in full is required at the time of booking. This ensures a confirmed reservation for your trip and guarantees your travel on the selected day. Additionally, it helps prevent no-shows and unnecessary dispatching of drivers to unoccupied locations. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including credit or debit cards, PayPal, and Cash App. To pay with Cash App, enter your Cash App Card numbers during checkout.
What if my facility is not available for booking on the day I would like to travel?
-If you do not find your preferred facility available for travel on a specific day, it means we are either fully booked for that day or not providing transportation to that facility on that particular date. For your convenience, we regularly update our monthly schedule with all travel dates to each facility. Please refer to the schedule page to view the full monthly itinerary. If your preferred date is not listed, or if you have specific requirements, we may be able to arrange a private trip for you. Please feel free to text us, and we can discuss the possibility of arranging a private transportation option tailored to your needs.
