CANCELATION POLICY

Failure to reschedule/ cancel your booking trip in 24 hours in advance you are agreeing to forfeit your booking spot.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip for any reason. WE HAVE A 4 PERSON MINIMUM POLICY. If we do not have at least 4 passengers, we reserve the right to cancel the trip with 24 hours notice. If we cancel a trip, all payments will be returned, or can be applied to another trip.

Please be Advise We will NOT issue a refund if you cancel WITHIN 24 hours of your trip or do not show up. If you do NOT give us 24 hours full day notice that you are cancelling, you will NOT receive any of your deposit back. This means if you make your reservation WITHIN 24 hours of the trip, you will NOT receive your deposit back if you cancel.

 IF YOU CANCEL, OR DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES AFTER WE REACH OUT TO YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR PICK UP TIME & LOCATION OR IF YOU ARE LATE OR A NO SHOW TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION YOU WILL NOT BE OFFERED A REFUND
